The Advocates for Human Rights is a volunteer-based organization. We rely on hundreds of volunteers – teachers, lawyers, artists, students, doctors, and community leaders – who generously share their time, energy, and expertise each year. Volunteers often tell us that “this is the most important work I do.” Find out how you can offer your time and expertise to give others human dignity, respect, and the rights granted to them by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
